Braun's Manufacturing & Welding Return & Exchange Policy

At Braun's Manufacturing & Welding, we stand behind the strength, quality, and craftsmanship of everything we build and sell. Please review our policy below regarding returns, manufacturing defects, and exchanges.

1. General Return Policy

All sales are final. Braun's Manufacturing & Welding does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordering, or general change of mind once an order is completed. This applies across all product categories, including:

• Custom metalwork and structural fabrication

• Apparel and merchandise (hoodies, graphic tees, hats, decals, coozies)

• Tools, abrasives, and shop hardware

• Safety gear and work gloves

2. Manufacturing Defects & Workmanship Guarantee

While we do not accept standard returns, we guarantee our products against genuine manufacturing faults and structural defects.

If you receive an item with a clear production flaw, structural defect, or defect in material workmanship:

• Reporting Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup to report the issue.

• Requirements: Please provide your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos/videos showing the manufacturing fault.

• Resolution: Upon review and verification of the defect, Braun's Manufacturing & Welding will, at our discretion, either repair the item, issue a replacement, or provide a full refund.

3. Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged due to carrier transit, please inspect the package immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and outer packaging so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
